lower back pain
There are various types of lower back pain, including types that cause pain when arching your back, types that cause pain when bending, and types that cause pain when twisting your body.
Many of these causes include repeated forced movements, mental stress, and compensation due to the inability of other joints to move.
After improving the pain in the affected area that has been treated in the past, you will learn how to move so that it does not become painful.
Are you sitting too shallow in your chair?

If you keep the same posture for a long time, your brain will mistakenly believe that the parts of your body that are not used are no longer needed. When this happens, your body loses its balance and pain appears. We will help you regain full use of your body's essential functions.
Neck pain/Neck stiffness
Neck pain can occur in a variety of locations, including those who experience pain at the base of their head, and those who experience pain near their shoulders.
There are many small muscles around the neck, which allow for flexible movements. Most neck pains are caused in part by fatigue, etc.Pain often occurs when the joints move excessively or when extra stress is placed on one area due to not moving. You may also experience headaches due to stiffness in the muscles around your neck.
The treatment involves alleviating the area where the pain is occurring and reducing the burden by allowing the entire neck to move normally and in a balanced manner.

Pitching disorder shoulder/frozen shoulder
The location of the muscles you need to relax will change depending on which part of your shoulder hurts and which movement causes pain. It also awakens the muscles you want to move.
Shoulder pain can be caused not only by the muscles surrounding the shoulder, but also by problems in areas not directly related to the shoulder.
Among the people I have treated so far, there has been one who suddenly raised his arm without warning and experienced pain.
We will evaluate the whole body and find the cause.
knee pain
The cause of the pain varies depending on the location of the pain, whether it is medial, lateral, anterior, or posterior.
Each person has their own quirks, such as inner thighs, crab thighs, and a tendency to stretch the knees in a backwards position.
The cause may be caused by the hip joint or ankle, so we will treat the root cause at the same time, focusing on knee pain.

If the joints are not moving in a way that suits the person, stress will be placed on one area and eventually pain will appear.
